The MethodContextHandler services a context by invoking a handler method on a specified object.

The method must have the same signature and contract as HTTPServer.ContextHandler.serve(net.freeutils.httpserver.HTTPServer.Request, net.freeutils.httpserver.HTTPServer.Response), but can have an arbitrary name.
